Customisable Packages Addon Error

Hello,

 

I've WHMCS with Customisable Packages Addon. I followed all instructions from http://docs.whmcs.com/Configurable_Package_Addon

 

When I place order, and payment is done, it doesn't create the account in WHM. I even tried manually to accept the order, and create manually, but error:

 

 

I opened ticket (WHMCS Staff), but they couldn't help me fixing it. The Server Setup is functionable. I tried cPanel product with packages, and worked.

 

PS: I've reseller account.

PS2: It runs on cPanel VPS Optimized 3

 

Any idea how to fix it?

Hi,

Please ensure the user you have entered under Setup > Products/Services > Servers > Edit has the ability to create accounts with custom quotas. Usually you'll need root access to achieve this. Ie. The logins on the server page should be "root".
