hbosh
Hello, The link /cart.php?a=add&domain=transfer returns null in the drop down select box. Where as the /cart.php?a=add&domain=register actually shows the TLD list correctly. How do i troubleshoot this issue? Previously it has been working, not sure where it broke hence the request for help! I have attached proof in image form. Hbosh
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 14, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 14, 2012 Hi, This would suggest you have only configured domain registration prices and not transfer prices, so please take another look at your domain pricing configuration: http://docs.whmcs.com/Domain_Pricing
hbosh
Thank you good sir you were correct. I am curious about the operation of transferring in relation to nameservers. Yes i have read the documentiation, however did not find specifically an answer to my question: Scenario : preserving DNS info! How do i keep the original nameservers from losing registrar's domain. EG: User transfers a domain to whmcs, nameservers setup correctly on winning WHMCS, does this then trump the source nameservers resulting in an unwanted change? Is it possible to run the scenario while the user registers a new domain and whmcs name servers should be used,
othellotech
Transferring a domain doesnt change the nameservers on the domain - that's something you update *after* ther transfer completes.
