How to make billable services by default?

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Iam new in web hosting reselling business and also new to using WHMCS. So, i would like to be assisted with how to make billable items like web hosting plans automatically billable by default.

Where by when a client's hosting plan comes to an end, he or she the system creates a notification about when the service plan is to expire and also creates an invoice for him and not manually me creating an invoice.

Your help will be highly appreciated

Thank you

Ronnie

Hello Ronnie,

This is actually default behavior as long as you do the following:

- when creating a plan under setup > products/services you'd need to set a recurring price e.g $5/month (under the pricing tab)

- under setup > automation settings you can set things like the days between invoice reminders, the days overdue before an account is suspended etc Then you must set the cron job on this page to run daily to automate everything.
