Jbro Posted May 10, 2012 Share Posted May 10, 2012 When creating an addon I have associated a welcome email to it customer orders the addon and pays for it. I go to my whmcs and make the status active but no welcome email is sent? zomex Posted May 10, 2012 Share Posted May 10, 2012 Hello, Check the error logs under utilities > logs > activity log (and email log). Also confirm that the welcome email you created under setup > email templates doesn't contain any errors (errors in some cases can cause emails not to be sent - specifically smarty errors). Lastly you'll just need to confirm that the email template is still selected under setup > product addons & that you have "Auto Activate and send Welcome Email on payment" ticked. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
