imtiax Posted April 27, 2012 Share Posted April 27, 2012 I have my products set up as Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received But after they pay I still need to go to Orders>Pending Orders It says Payment Status complete then I need to click Accept Order Then it creates the account and sends out the email. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 27, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 27, 2012 Hi, WHMCS can indeed automatically provision services, you can specify whether this happens before or after payment, wait until manually approved by a member of staff, or disabled entirely. This is set on a per-product basis, navigate to Setup > Products/Services > Edit > Module Settings tab and the four auto-setup options will be available for you to select. If the auto-setup is not occurring please begin your troubleshooting by watching the following video tutorial: If that doesn't help please review Utilities > Activity Log at the time of ordering for any error messages which should explain what the problem is.
