Automated Account Creation

I have my products set up as

 

Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received

 

 

But after they pay I still need to go to Orders>Pending Orders

 

It says Payment Status complete then I need to click Accept Order

 

Then it creates the account and sends out the email.

 

Why do I need to do this? Why is it not automated?

Hi,

WHMCS can indeed automatically provision services, you can specify whether this happens before or after payment, wait until manually approved by a member of staff, or disabled entirely. This is set on a per-product basis, navigate to Setup > Products/Services > Edit > Module Settings tab and the four auto-setup options will be available for you to select.
