rldev
I noticed that if I try to register a .us domain name from the client area home page, you can not register domains .us because it does not present the Domain Configuration Options. Anyone notice this?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 25, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 25, 2012 Hi, This isn't a known issue or something I can reproduce here. rldev
Hi,This isn't a known issue or something I can reproduce here. Can reproduce the problem on our demo? http://whmcs.com/demo.php Mine looks nothing like the demo at all. Yours looks so much better and works. Which order form is that? Maybe that is my problem.
rldev
The problem is the Ajax Order template. The other order templates work fine. How can I upload new ajax order template just in case there is old stuff laying around from version 4?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 26, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 26, 2012 Hi, The default order form template is "Modern" but you can switch to others by clicking the thumbnails on the demo page, or specifying the template in the URL in the usual way: http://docs.whmcs.com/Linking_to_WHMCS#Setting_the_Language.2FTemplate_via_the_URL The open source ajax order form located in the /order directory was discontinued in v 4.5.2 and is no longer supported. It was replaced by the "Ajax Cart" order form template which can be selected under Setup > General Settings > Ordering tab and accessed via /cart.php
