raviluchmun
Hello, we have a support email address to which our clients send IT queries. This is picked up by WHMCS and converted to a support ticket. However, when they embed or use inline pictures in the email that they send, it is not displayed at all. I have allowed the following extension for attachments (.jpg .gif .jpeg etc) but since they are embedding the image in their email and not as attachment, whmcs is deleting them ? Is there a way to see those embedded images ? Ravi

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 12, 2015 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 12, 2015 Hi, What version of WHMCS are you running? Are you using pipe.php or pop.php? What email client is the sender using?
