  1. Hi, I am looking to create a few reports to better track customer support. Specifically; A WHMCS Report that will allow me to enter a date range and show me how many tickets were answered by each agent. So there would be a table that shows how many tickets were answered by each agents during the specified date range.
  2. I was having the issue in earlier versions of WHMCS. I found now in version 7.7.1 with eNom as the registrar you can edit the Registrant Name or Company Number ID (depending the Legal Type drop down menu) under the Domains tab for the customer.
  3. Please post here what you find out because I am having a similar problem after upgrading to 6.3.1 Product is set to; 'Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received' but they stay as pending both in the Admin area AND in the client area. This was working properly before the upgrade to 6.3.1 for me.
  4. @Vangelis: Is there a problem with your email? I can't reply to my tickets through your client area, it just loads the main page. Also when replying directly to the sales email it doesn't appear to go through to your system.
  5. Just to add to this, I can add a credit card if there is no other credit card but I cannot delete or change an existing credit card.
  6. WHMCS Version: 6.1 (Tested with demo provided on whmcs.com) Browser: Any Operating System: Any Description; The large green Upgrade button won't work on the product details page for products using the Licensing Manager. The red Cancel button does work. There is NO link provide for this button in the source code Steps to Reproduce; 1. Set up a product using the licensing manager 2. Make sure the product has upgrade options 3. Log into client Area and order the product 4. Go to Services-My Licenses and select the product 5. Click the big Green Upgrade button, it won't do anything Note that the other Upgrade/Downgrade button from the side nav bar does work. This is very confusing for users. Fix The code for the upgrade button looks like this; <button type="button" class="btn btn-info btn-lg btn-block"> <i class="fa fa-arrow-up fa-2x"></i><br/> Upgrade </button> It should be ( I think); <form method="post" action="upgrade.php?type=package"> <input type="hidden" name="token" value="**token**"/> <input type="hidden" name="id" value="**productid**"/> <button type="button" class="btn btn-info btn-lg btn-block"> <i class="fa fa-arrow-up fa-2x"></i><br/> Upgrade </button> </form> Note that I do not see a way to fix this on my own because in clientareaproductdetails.tpl the output is in one variable called $tplOverviewTabOutput which I cannot find a way to edit.
  7. When I switch to an older template such as boxes it appears to work fine. I think it is an issue with the new templates only.
  8. I just wanted to add that I am having the same issue with the Premium Comparison order form in 6.1 as well. If you find a solution, please let me know. I am still looking for one and hoping there is a fix ASAP.
  9. With the either default theme (six or five) I am unable to delete a stored credit card or edit it. This is in WHMCS 6.1. If I try to delete a stored credit (Billing->Manage Credit Card) I will get a success message and the page will reload but the credit card is still stored.
  10. There is a bug that I can reproduce on 6.0.2 dev installation and 6.1 latest installation. 1. Go to Pending Orders (make sure there are more than 1 Pending orders so you see a list) 2. Select the checkbox next to one of the orders 3. Click the 'Accept Order' button 4. The page will reload but the order will not be marked Active I can't find any logs with any errors.
  11. Hello, I placed the knowledge base search box on the supportticketsubmit-stepone.tpl page. Since that page uses an https connection, the following code will cause a redirect to the main page rather then searching the knowledge base (this is with Safari 7.0.3 and Chrome on OS X 10.9). In order to get to code to work correctly, you need to use an absolute URL (without https) in the form action attribute. However, when you do this the browser will display a message saying the form is being sent in an insecure way (at least on Safari). Is there a way to include the knowledge base search field on a secure page in WHMCS? Thanks in advance for any help. <div class="well"> <div class="textcenter"> <form method="post" action="knowledgebase.php?action=search" class="form-inline"> <fieldset class="control-group"> <div class="col85"> <input class="bigfield" name="search" type="text" value="Have a question? Start your search here." onfocus="this.value=(this.value=='Have a question? Start your search here.') ? '' : this.value;" onblur="this.value=(this.value=='') ? 'Have a question? Start your search here.' : this.value;"/> </div> <div class="col15"> <input type="submit" class="btn btn-large btn-primary" value="Search" /> </div> </fieldset> </form> </div> </div>
  12. Hi, Did you ever find a solution to this? I am having a similar problem.
  13. Hi, Is it possible to remove the "Payment Method" section from the order form when the customer is only signing up to get a free product and the cart total is 0? Basically I don't want to ask the user for credit card details if they just want a free trial product or one of our free products.
  14. This issue has been resolved. It was related to how the script was written and a possible change in the latest 5.1.9 update which broke it. Basically variable names were being sent with single quotes around them.
  15. After upgrading to 5.1.9 my API code broke. I tracked it down to the password hash I was generating from the user inputted password. It's not matching what is returned by the Get Client Details API call: http://docs.whmcs.com/API:Get_Clients_Details I am hashing the user inputted password properly using the salt in the form of; $newpassword = md5($salt.$request_password); And it was working fine before the update. Was there a change to the way passwords are hashed in 5.1.9? Is anyone having a similar issue? Thanks, Paul
