gbcastro
I used to have WHMCS v4.x.x installed and recently decided to upgrade to Version 5. I did so successfully, or so I thought so. I am in the process of integrating it into a Web Hosting branded website of my own, but in the process of testing it out, I found out the order process was not grabbing domains. When you type in a domain to check (or after choosing a web hosting package), Domain Checker page just refreshes and deletes whatever was in the field. It does not bring back results. I have already added Domain Pricing and I have had an eNom account for a while that has worked before. Have double checked my login credentials. I have seen in other forums about changing permissions, deleting the domainchecker.php file and re-uploading a new one. Have tried those things and still nothing. My website is: http://www.castrowebhost.com/cs Give it a try and let me know how I can fix this. Any help is appreciated!!!! Thank you! -GC
othellotech
its failing to check avaailbility - could be a f/wall issue, could be a config issue, could be your invalid ssl cert, could be something you've done to the cart starting point should be a completely blank new install - see if that works, and work from there ...
Sitepearl
Issues like these are usually painfully obvious... something simple that is very easy to fix. Do the domain options show up when placing a new order?
zomex
I think there was a bug with the homepage domain checker early on when V5 was released that was fixed soon after. Have you tried re-uploading the index.php and homepage.tpl files?
