plusplushosting Posted February 24, 2012 Share Posted February 24, 2012 After ordering Secure Site Certificate and trying to complete the form with the CSR, etc is giving the following error: An error occurred in comunicating with GeoTrust API: [code: -2001][MESSAGE: Legal NAme is a required field] Doing it through the enom panel directly is working ok. Note with other certificates like Rapidssl there is no problem. Also odd thing is why is showing as GEotrust api error when the ordered certificate is a Symantec one?
