ResellerClub WHM/WHMCS questions

I have a number of questions pertaining to WHMCS leased through ResellerClub:

 

1. Can we purchase add-ons with a monthly fee attached such as removing the whmcs branding directly from WHMCS? Reseller Club does not seem to offer these options.

 

2. Can we purchase one-time fee addons, such as project management or custom packages directly from you? Reseller Club doesn't appear to offer these options.

 

3. If we purchase one-time fee addons, can we take them with us if we move from Reseller Club to another WHM hosting company or buy our own server?

 

4. Do you have plans to integrate ResellerClub's other products such as their standard hosting and email packages, website builder, etc. into WHMCS?

 

5. In addition to the above, is there anything different about using WHMCS on a ResellerClub WHM reseller plan from the standard stuff if we used WHMCS any other WHM hosting service? Any limitations? I ask this because Reseller Clubs, cpanel implementation is different from the typical cpanel implementation at other hosting providers, although, they do seem to be moving to a more standard cpanel implementation.

 

6. On a completely unrelated topic - I don't really care about using an Android or iPhine to manage my business, but I do want my customers to be able to make purchases and use the WHMC client portal from from iPhones, Androids, etc.

 

Thank you for your time in answering these questions. I suspect others using WHMCS with a Reseller Club WHM reseller plan have these and similar questions.

1. If ResellerClub have chosen not to offer the branding free option then that is not something you can purchase directly from us.

 

2. Yes

 

3. Yes, as long as the new licence is ordered using the same account as the one-time fee addons

 

4. I'm not aware of any plans at this time, but there is a third party addon available from our Community Addons database that may interest you:. http://www.whmcs.com/members/communityaddons.php

 

5. Not that I'm aware of, but ultimately that's something ResellerClub are best positioned to advise.
