zomex Posted January 28, 2012 Share Posted January 28, 2012 Hello, Login to WHMCS admin panel, go to the client's profile and click on the "Reset & send password" link. Then click on the emails tab and then the top email and try and login with the new details. If that still doesn't work you should submit a ticket to WHMCS.
