Damo
That usually indicates that the cron doesn't finish. What's appearing in your activity log? Do you see a completed message there?
zomex
One thing that I found after upgrading was that a addon module was conflicting with system emails but in most cases as Damo suggested the activity log will show you where it's stalling.
prolateral
Am having similar problems... The last entry in our daily cron activity is: 04/01/2012 05:00 Cron Job: Closing Inactive Support Tickets 04/01/2012 05:00 Cron Job: Performing Automated Fixed Term Product Terminations 04/01/2012 05:00 Cron Job: Performing Automated Suspensions 04/01/2012 05:00 Cron Job: Sending Domain Renewal Notices 04/01/2012 05:00 Cron Job: Sending Invoice Reminders 04/01/2012 05:00 Cron Job: Credit Card Processing 04/01/2012 05:00 Cron Job: Adding Late Fees We are using Kayako as our ticket system, so I don't see why the Support Tickets should be even touched... Is there any way to troubleshoot the internals of the cron? -Craig
Damo
It's affiliate processing and then usage stats that are completed next, before the cron finishes. Do you have any custom modules installed for affiliates or server provisioning? The cron will display every step regardless of whether or not your using the feature (as far as I can tell). So even if you don't run the internal ticket system it will still show that it's reached that part of the cron.
ifacto
I have exactly the same issue as prolateral. It stops at "Cron Job: Closing Inactive Support Tickets" and I never installed some custom modules. Also, I don't use Support Tickets very much, so really, WHMCS has nothing to do at this step. It's really since the upgrade before it was ok. Anyway, I think I will raise a ticket.
