Downloading/Viewing Invoices Error?

Recommended Posts

I've just upgraded to v5 from 4.52 which was running fine.

The only problem I have seems to be when I select "Downloading/Viewing Invoices" and all I get is "500 Internal Server Error".

Is this permissions related? I'm running on a suPHP server if that helps.

Any advice appreciated!

Check your error logs. That will tell you if it's permissions based (most likely).

Cheers Damo!

I did check and the only thing showing 3 days ago:

[30-Nov-2011 10:13:41] PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/ffmpeg.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/ffmpeg.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32 in Unknown on line 0

Which happened with the email piping, but the provider did make some adjustments to php.ini.

But I'm sure I installed v5 after that.....so would it be related to this?

Nope I wouldn't say that's related at all. Have you checked the write permissions on the directories listed here:

http://docs.whmcs.com/Installing_WHMCS

/configuration.php CHMOD 777 Writeable

/attachments CHMOD 777 Writeable

/downloads CHMOD 777 Writeable

/templates_c CHMOD 777 Writeable

As you're using suPHP they'll need to be writable by your own user so something like 664 would be suitable. For directories change the permissions recursively.
