XTremo Posted December 2, 2011 Share Posted December 2, 2011 I've just upgraded to v5 from 4.52 which was running fine. The only problem I have seems to be when I select "Downloading/Viewing Invoices" and all I get is "500 Internal Server Error". Is this permissions related? Have you checked the write permissions on the directories listed here: http://docs.whmcs.com/Installing_WHMCS /configuration.php CHMOD 777 Writeable /attachments CHMOD 777 Writeable /downloads CHMOD 777 Writeable /templates_c CHMOD 777 Writeable As you're using suPHP they'll need to be writable by your own user so something like 664 would be suitable.
