Transaction Fee not displaying on Invoices paid using Google Checkout

We are using WHMCS 4.3.1 and accepting the payment using Google Checkout. In the Google Checkout Merchant account, I can see the 'Transaction fee' listed in the Merchant account panel. Invoices do get paid using Google checkout but I don't find any division of 'Transaction fee' on paid invoices in the billing account/client area ( WHMCS ).

Could you please look into this and let us know what would be the reason for the invoice not carrying the 'Transaction fee' on it ?

Yes, you are correct but it becomes difficult when we calculate the profit and loss account. Even the largely used PayPal shows the transaction fees at merchant account and even can see on the paid invoice ( using PayPal ).

So if WHMCS is listing the fees for the PayPal on invoices then why don't WHMCS billing do for Google checkout payments ?

John's already told you why:

"not all payment gateways provide the transaction fee information to WHMCS. If they don't then it cannot be recorded in the transactions list."
