Netearthone domain issues w WHMCS

Recommended Posts

Couple of questions...

If a client transfers domain over to me and WHMCS shows that it was good but the transfer never happened and it looks like the domain is still with the original company could that be an issue with WHMCS/?

Under the user WHMCS control panel, shouldn't the user have the ability to update the DNS on my site?

  • WHMCS Support Manager

Review Utilities > Activity Log at the time of ordering to see whether it was sent to the registrar and if any errors occurred.

Clients can change the nameservers via WHMCS and Other DNS management (A, CNAME records etc) if the nameservers are pointing to NEO.
