m8internet
Update : Failed in IE9 Worked in FF3 I suspect the text box is the issue, as there are similar issues with this in IE9 in other fieldswhere it is used (as none of the options work in IE9)
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 21, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 21, 2011 There needs to be at least one email address in the Recipients field. If there none then this means no clients met the criteria you selected on the previous step.
m8internet
There needs to be at least one email address in the Recipients field. If there none then this means no clients met the criteria you selected on the previous step. As above, the criteria are selected and several clients appear in the email TO: field I then review these clients to make sure these are correct, insert the subject field, and message body I suspect in IE9 the message body is being ignored There is a similar issue when creating items in the Knowledgebase I add an article, but the text disappears and it takes several attempts to save it
