Issue with Email Tickets Importing

Hey guys,


Here is my issue



Some tickets are importing fine others are hitting a block.


Which has lead to a few questions


1. What does " Only Replies Allowed By Email" Mean in this status area?


2. "Unregistered Email Address" Is there any way to set it to automatically still create a ticket in the system even if the email address is not registered?


3. Has anyone come across a plugin/addon that improves the ticket system to allow full TINYMCE Editor and to import emails in HTML?
