Blueberry3.14
I purchased this addon, and luckily it's only $15.67 USD. Though the additional options of being able to upload/attach a document, set a priority, etc are nice...it has some bugs that are deal killers for me. First and foremost, when you use the date picker to add a date it's displayed in the wrong format. For instance, choosing "January 5, 2012" gets added as "May 1, 2012." Hardly a "little" bug. I submitted a support ticket a week ago, and was told it's a known issue and would be fixed in the next release. Which is all well and good, I suppose, but it's enough of an annoyance that I went back to using the built-in to do list until this issue gets fixed. There's also a bug that when you reopen an item to edit it (which will happen often to update the progress, etc), the "category" reverts back to "none." Also the "category" and "title" fields are somewhat redundant. The addition of a "category" field sounded great to me, based on how I use the current/built-in to do list, however this field as implemented in this addon really adds nothing other than an additional field. I was used to how the built-in to do list had the "description", so I could get a preview of what needed to be done, and I used the "title" as a "category" listing. I'm only posting this here to give anyone who might be considering purchasing this addon a little heads up. I'm not saying it's bad, but I don't feel it's in a finished and ready to be sold state...certainly not when it can't display due dates correctly. I've already submitted a support ticket to the developers, and again...this information is for other WHMCS users, only. On the EasyWHMCS site, there's a short listing of features, and a "plus lots more", but there's no link anywhere that I could find to more information on this addon. On the positive side, the progress bar is pretty neat, and the addon overall does have potential. But in my opinion, it's not there yet.

Blueberry3.14
When will the fix be released? I want to get the addon, but not until it's fixed. I went back to using the built-in to do list, at least until the developers of this addon get their stuff sorted out. Luckily the addon wasn't expensive.

Brian Murphy
Hello, Can anyone provide a recent review of their experience with this software? Is it worth the 'investment'? Is it still being improved and redeveloped? Is it still receiving lots of T.L.C.? I can see that bug fixes have taken quite some time to be released - Xth December 2011 > 24th March 2012. If bugs are found, can files be modified in order to improve / tweak features and design? Thank you greatly,

ISSL
Brill, ok how about creating to-do items for customers, can that be added so from the customer summary screen (or even a new tab) have the ability to create a task (to-do) item for a partticular admin for that customer. Also on the widget on the home screen, can it be made to only show to-do items for the admin logged in rather than all to-do items as the widget is a bit useless showing everybodies to-do list.
alinford
Does this addon replace the current WHMCS to-do list? WHMCS automatically adds items to the current to-do list. For example, when a renewal fails. Does WHMCS automatically add items to this to-do list as well?
