Change Column in Support Tickets From "Submitter" to "Company Name"

In the "Support Tickets" screen when you display all the support tickets, is there an easy way to change the "Submitter" column to be the "Company Name"? My employees are unfamiliar with whom the submitter is it is easier to understand when the Company Name is displayed instead.

 

Please advise.

HEY jOHN. i DONT THINK THAT IS WHAT i WAS LOOKING FOR. In the support screen, the "Submitter" column is the client name not the company name. My employees have to search for the company because they may not be familiar with the person whom submitted the ticket.

 

I'd like to be able to change that column from "Submitter" to "Company" so the company name is shown instead. Is this possible to customize that view? Thanks for your time.

What John suggested will show the Company name AND the client name - that way your staff will also learn who works for what company.

That is exactly what you are looking for! This will also change the Client display to company name on all screens in the admin area, not just on the ticket pages.

 

Also, it isn't very nice to yell at a member of staff on your second post, especially when he provided you with the exact answer you were looking for!
