Direct Product Affiliate linking

i am having problems linking directly to products with my affiliate links.

 

It seems like it is just linking to the group, as it still gives the user the option to click on a diff product.

 

instead of selecting that product and making then just chose a domain name.

What am i doing wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong, but there's nothing to stop clients from ordering a different product from the cart instead.

THat is true, but shouldn't it already have the correct product selected?

 

When the page loads up it just takes you to the product group, with no product selected.

The advanced plan is my product id#2, and yet it is not selected.

The product is pre-selected, the client just needs to enter a domain to add it to the cart as always.

Ahh perfect, you are correct, i went through the whole order process and it worked.

 

Just had hoped it would be selected at the top.
