Double Charging Invoice

Hi,

 

I have been experiencing problem where customers are subscribing to Paypal multiple times because WHCMS is sending them invoices. Some customers thought they have to pay even though they are already on the automatic payment plan.

 

Is there a solution to this problem? For example, don't send out invoices automatically until the payment is due?

Yes - look at:

 

Setup > Automation Settings > Invoice Generation > Enter the default number of days before the due payment date to generate invoices

 

There are many other settings in that area that you can tweak.

You can also adjust the wording of the email if clients already have a subscription in place, for example explaining to them that no action is necessary: http://docs.whmcs.com/PayPal#Customising_Invoice_Emails_for_Subscriptions

my says 31 should i add 32 days before?
