wolvyreen
Hi, COMPLETELY NEW TO WHMCS I am desperately in need of migrating to WHMCS and I have run the import script which ran successfully. However, what I noticed was that the script has imported the domain only registrations as seperate products in whmcs. How does WHMCS handle domains only? I can't seem to find any documentation on it. Please let me know soonest? Thanks Wolvy

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 6, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 6, 2011 In WHMCS domains aren't handled as products, pricing is configured separately under Setup > Domain Pricing and listed under the client's Domains tab. If you have configured domain products in ClientExec then the importer will have imported them, but they won't be used by WHMCS.
wolvyreen
Well, clientexec has the new domain service with version 4.x They never had a way of handling the domain only options so they now treat it as it's own product. When the script imports it, WHMCS is importing it as a product. Shouldn't the script handle this now as a domain only instead of a product?
