andreasa
I am trying to set up automated domain registration through eNom (I have a API Reseller account) but it doesn't work. Everything seems to work fine in WHMCS - I can check and order the domain - but the domain is not being registered when the invoice is set as paid. Any ideas what I am doing wrong. Thanks, Andreas

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 5, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 5, 2011 When entries do you see in Utilities > Activity Log at the time of ordering?
andreasa
It is not in test mode. In the Activity Log is says "Automatic Domain Registration Suppressed as Domain Is Already Active" (no matter what free domain I try). WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 6, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 6, 2011 That's the problem then, don't set the domain's status to Active until it's actually been registered.

kroundtree
That's the problem then, don't set the domain's status to Active until it's actually been registered. How do you change that setting. I'm using Open SRS and I'm getting the same error message Automatic Domain Registration Suppressed as Domain Is Already Active
