pending domain will be generate invoice

Hello,

i migrate the customer domains from another system to whmcs.

The customers have free Domains ($0.00).

I want, that WHMCS should't generate invoice for this,

so i change the status to "pending"

 

Could WHMCS generate invoices in future?

 

Or have you another solution?

Yes, the only statues that won't generate invoices are Cancelled and Terminated.

thank you. I would like request with this a new feature for WHMCS,

that customer can have products, where no invouces are generated

just set the amount to zero, and they'll be invoiced but auto-paid, and auto-renewed etc

the problem is, that the domains with 0.00 are inclusive Domains and should not invoiced.

And i have no possibility to assign with hosting packages

if you dont set the correct dates, how will you manage the renewals etc.

 

what is the problem with the zero amount method ?
