jacksoggetto
I have this problem... All my hosting packages are set this way in the module tab (under product/services): Automatically setup the product when you manually accept a pending order But I get the domain registered as soon as I get the payment. This is not ok, I want to wait until someone accept the order. What am I missing? Edited August 30, 2011 by jacksoggetto
penguin
Set the domain registrar to none then and it will not automatically submit it for registration

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 31, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 31, 2011 That's the correct way to do it, setting the Auto-Register setting to "None" will stop auto-registration taking place unsurprisingly
jacksoggetto
ok, but I have to choose the registrar every time from the dropdown menu. It would have been cooler if it was following the product specification I set in module tab in product page. Anyway, don't mind, I'll do like this Thanks
scurrell
ok, but I have to choose the registrar every time from the dropdown menu. It's only a couple of extra clicks on the same page as accepting the order....
