markb1439 Posted August 15, 2011 Share Posted August 15, 2011 Hi, I noticed that when I respond to a ticket via e-mail, the response sent to the customer has the wrong link to view the ticket. Instead of a link to their client area, it gives the link to the admin login. Clients shouldn't be given the link to the admin page.
