mikelegg
Today, my "WHMCS Cron Job Activity" email included the following information ... 1 Overdue Invoice Reminders Sent - Sent First Notice to User [Customer Name] But the invoice reminder email was not actually sent. (The WHMCS Email Message Log and server mail logs confirm this) This email should have gone because the payment is definitely overdue, so the "Cron Job Activity" email is reporting what should have happened, but not what actually happened. The Email Message log is showing what actually happened - the notice was not sent. I can't find any errors in the server logs, so I'm at a loss to explain why this email wasn't sent - does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can determine what the problem was?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 10, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 10, 2011 Perhaps the email template is disabled under Setup > Email Templates? Can you confirm "Overdue Notices" is unticked on the client's Profile tab?
mikelegg
I've checked that the template isn't disabled and "Overdue Notices" is unticked on the client's profile tab. Today's reminder emails all went out fine, maybe it was just a weird glitch on the server yesterday.
