adits Posted August 5, 2011 Share Posted August 5, 2011 Afternoon WHMCS forums Apologies if this has been asked previously, I have searched through the forums and also the documentation but could not find any answer. I am looking at including more information into the email that gets sent to support users when a ticket is flagged to them. Currently using the default template all the information that the users receive is: A new support ticket has been flagged to you Department: XXX Helpdesk Subject: XXX Outlook Priority: Medium http://www.XXX.com.au/whmcs/XXXadmin/ I would like to include things like the ticket content, last reply...etc. Is there a template that I am able to adjust and have just been blind and missed it or is this template not available for editing?
