Assign a ticket to a specific technician not just a department

I would like the ability to assign a ticket to a specific technician not just their department.

 

Occasionally there are tickets that I would like handled by a specific technician and this feature would be very helpful in accomplishing that. Of note we run a different client portal for another one of our companies and that portal includes this feature. We have found it very useful.
