Pricing

Hi,

I am setting up my WHMCS and doing lots of trial and error experimentation. I created a package on my WHM CPanel. I then created a product to match it in WHMCS. I have all of the pricing for setup set to -1.00 because there is no charge for setup. Then I set the monthly charge to 6.99, the semi-annual payment to 40.00 and the annual payment to 75.00. On the client order form it shows up as:

1 Month Price - $6.99 USD + $-1.00 USD Setup Fee

6 Month Price - $6.67 USD + $-1.00 USD Setup Fee

12 Month Price - $6.25 USD + $-1.00 USD Setup Fee

I have set the general payment setting to recurring. Any idea what's going on?

Thanks,

OK, thanks. That solves the problem of the setup fees. But why don't my rates for semiannual and annual show up correctly. Monthly is 6.99. Semi-annual is supposed to be 40 but shows as 6.97 and annual is supposed to be 75 but shows up as 6.25. Can you not assign three different prices to one product or do you need to make 3 products. Not getting it.

Thanks,

this is easy to fix.

In your admin area go to general settings > ordering and then scroll down and look for Monthly Pricing Breakdown and make sure this is unchecked and then save.
