Vox
Hi, I have a CA facility with SagePay and my merchant bank and I want to collect the monthly payments from my customers accounts automatically. Do I use SagePay or SagePay Repeat Payments on the order form or both? i.e. what is the difference between the two gateways? I have a lot of customers that have signed up using SagePay but this does not collect the payments automatically. Thanks in advance for any info or advice.
Vox
Hi, Does anyone use the repeat payment gateway?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 28, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 28, 2011 SagePay Repeats uses their remote storage system, so if you don't have that type of account you need to use the regular SagePay module. However as the SagePay module is a merchant gateway client's cards will automatically be charged when the cron runs on the invoice due date.

Vox
Hi John, Thanks for that. I'll check with SagePay to see if I'm set up for the remote storage and ask why the others are not debiting automatically.
