Vox
Hi, I have some base packages with no setup fees that customers can upgrade as they progress but I also have some packages that include a setup fee. Is there a way of ensuring that when someone upgrades from a package without a setup fee to a package with a setup fee that the setup fee is taken into account in the pricing, not just the days left calculation? Thanks.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 10, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 10, 2011 Setup fees aren't charged into account when upgrading/downgrading, only when the account is first provisioned.
Vox
Hi John, Thanks for that. Would a manual process and invoice be the best way to go for that then? i.e. removing the upgrade path. Thanks. Rob
