I have a question about being a Enom reseller through WHMCS.

I asked this in a support ticket to enom and their reply was I had to ask my reseller so here I'm Asking.

If I was to sell my License of WHMCS What happens to the Money in my reseller account for domain registrations.

The pain would be to buy another Billing software and they have there own enom reseller deal. Could I get the money transferred to the new account?

or A Refund of the money since the account will be lost.

You cannot transfer funds between eNom accounts. I know this for a fact. You would simply have to use up the funds first.

So I would have to get a refund from WHMCS.

That is if they do it.

And the question would remain if I no long own a license and I have a enom account with them.

What is the procedure ( what is the steps that WHMCS would follow after I sell)?

I will be honest another Billing software looks a Little better at the moment for my situation in regards to amount they charge for a domain from Enom and the one feature that clinches it, you can manage domains via the billing software. But I'm not ready to switch yet I will give WHMCS a chance. I figured that feature is a popular one it will be include eventually I hope

Like I said, WHMCS would not refund payments made into an eNom account and it's non-transferable. If you really wanted to move to another billing system (although I can't think of any better ones) then the eNom account provided by WHMCS would still work...
