MikeDVB
This video demonstrates the issue, I actually took the video at another provider's site just to demonstrate it's not an issue with our own implementation: http://www.screen-shot.net/2011-05-21_1351.swf When you fill out the product details, and you click on "view cart" the cart is empty, if you continue shopping and add another product the first product is nowhere to be found. When you click "Checkout" the item you selected does stay in the cart.
MikeDVB
Matt got back to me that it's due to the product not being fully configured, however, on my own site where there are no additional details to fill out I still have the same issue. Do try it on your own, and see if you can replicate the issue. Ultimately this is my view on it: The issue, imho, is that while this may make sense for us as developers or providers, it makes no sense for the end user. An error should be displayed with something along the lines of "There is nothing in your cart" when you click on "view cart" instead of taking them to an empty cart and resetting all of their data entry they have done up until that point. p.s. Go away Baldy.

Grizzlyware Josh
Also, the overlay on the page, with the blue slider, makes its own div and ignores the existing one with rounded corners. Thats in your video & other sites too.
Anthony Kinson
After you have configured your product you should either choose to "continue shopping", or "checkout". These two options will add your product to the cart. "View Cart" isnt being treated as an act of confirming your selection, whereas checkout or continue shopping does. Kinda makes sense really, but i guess with the view cart button where it isit should behave the same.
