ae6dx
Do I have to switch to the New admin theme in 4.5 or is it on by default?
jeremyhaber
You will have to switch to the new one if you want it. Personally I still prefer V4 for myself. You can do the switch by going to your admin profile and switching the themes for your account.
Alistair
I second V4 - I think someone would have to put a hell of a lot of work and imagination into creating a better laid-out admin theme.

zomex
I wasn't a fan of the blend theme at first but I have forced myself to use it since 4.5 come out and.... I kind of like it now It's got a much better feel to it and I love the more frequent use of Ajax. Jack
SteveV
Take Blend's "Intelligent Search" for a spin - you won't change back to V4!

neobug103
It's crap if you have a 1920x1200 resolution like I do
RJay45
It's crap if you have a 1920x1200 resolution like I do One of my fellow admins agrees with you. I can certainly see that there is a lot of white space in this theme which becomes a big problem on big screens. I'm giving it a go though I don't have quite that large a resolution!
