Access information in Client Area

erik12321

Question

I would like to provide the customer with access information for the purchased services directly from the Client Area.

For instance information like this:

---------------------------

You can access your server with:

# ssh root@46.4.4.5

----------------------------

Or like this:

--------------------------

You can access the admin panel of your server with:

https://freebsd12.mybizz.org:6000

or with SSH

# ssh root

--------------------------

Of course you send it by email, but it would make life easier for customers if this information is also available from the services they purchased (could be several VPS). 8)

Hope there is a way to do this one way or another in WHMCS. Like to have it as a feature for the future if it is not.

Looking forward to hear from you!

In short, it is possible to provide the customer with access information for the purchased services directly from the Client Area.

If you are referring to a cPanel or any other hosting account order, the product details in the Client Area displays the username and password already. Also there is an Log in to cPanel button available for cPanel module and even for other modules, it is possible to have a similar feature.

You can just edit the clientareaproductdetails template to add your custom text on this page like

You can access the admin panel of your server with:

WHMCS supports custom fields, where you can enter the link from admin and display it in Client Area product details.
