Please provide a link to the documentation else you may not receive much replies. A quick Google search revealed only about their IPN that sends details to a callback URL you specify about activity that happens on their platform and nothing else about capturing payments for your orders/invoices from WHMCS installation.

I must admit we somehow missed the domain renewal earlier and it was too late when we noticed but have successfully managed to register it again We have taken steps to ensure this doesn't happen again. If you have many overdue invoices to import, it is better to ask for a import script do the job instead of manual entry for each and every invoice which is both time consuming and prone to errors. If you want to club these with their next billing, you can consider adding a billable item and set Invoice Action to 'Add to User's Next Invoice' and set the (Next) Due Date as Sept 1.

Your import script will need to read CSV into an array and then loop through this array, validate info and add credit to WHMCS users using WHMCS API (code you mentioned above).

Once you add your server with cPanel to WHMCS, accounts can be created / suspended / modified / terminated automatically. You can just add the server without selecting a Auto Provisioning module for this server. You will then be able to setup the accounts and update the records in WHMCS manually. You can use the Payment Gateway as Mailin Payment or Bank Transfer for this purpose. When your customer pays you, you can record the transaction manually into WHMCS

You can close the account from Client Profile without deleting it.The user will then not be able to log in to client area. If you want them to access Client Area, you can set the account status to Inactive.
