[NOT A BUG] Knowledgebase Search in Ticket Creation Form

Hi,

 

I've been testing the feature that searches the Knowledgebase and makes suggestions when users are entering a ticket. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be consistent.

 

I try various keywords that I know are in certain articles, but they don't all return a hit.

 

Is there a certain method used for this function?

There needs to be at least 5 articles with 30 words in each before the suggestions start working as it uses MySQL full text searching for likeness matches. Other than that you just need to enter your ticket message in general language, as you would write to someone in a sentence, and then the matches should be detected from that.
