markb1439 Posted April 7, 2011 Share Posted April 7, 2011 Hi, I've been testing the feature that searches the Knowledgebase and makes suggestions when users are entering a ticket. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be consistent. I try various keywords that I know are in certain articles, but they don't all return a hit. Is there a certain method used for this function? WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 11, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 11, 2011 There needs to be at least 5 articles with 30 words in each before the suggestions start working as it uses MySQL full text searching for likeness matches.
