netwood
1. New customer orders hosting package with NEW domain registration 2. After viewing the pending order, I accept the order. 3. WHMCS register the domain with OpenSRS and setup the account in cPanel and WHMCS When I view the domain in Client -> Domains the domain registrar is set to "None". When I change it to OpenSRS I get the dreaded authentication error. How do I get the username/password for the new domain so I manually can add it to the mod_opensrs table? Is there something I missed doing during the account creation since it didn't list the domain as using OpenSRS? I have the default domain registrar set to "None" so it doesn't register fraud domains but I thought that WHMCS would create the correct info in Client -> Domains since it successfully registered the domain.
netwood
Follow up. The domain was infact never registered with OpenSRS when the account was created. Since I have set the automatic registration to "None" I assume that I have to select OpenSRS as the registar when I accept the order.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 4, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 4, 2011 Yes that's correct, select your registrar, ensure the "Send to Registrar" checkbox is ticked and accept the order.
