Transfer Domain: ResellerClub to ResellerClub in WHMCS

Hello friends,

 

I have a domain that was registered at ResellerClub by a hosting provider, A.

 

Then I want to transfer the domain to my hosting, B. Hosting B is also using ResellerClub as the domain registrar. I have the secret code and have submit the order to my hosting B for the domain transfer.

 

In the WHMCS Admin interface, I choose ResellerClub and click on the Accept Order button. And then I get this error message:

 

Action Status - Domain Registered by the same Registrar

 

So, how can I transfer a domain that was registered at ResellerClub by Hosting A to ResellerClub in Hosting B?

I think you're meant to do that outside of WHMCS.

Thank you for your reply. I have successfully transferred the domain to Hosting B.

 

But now, how can I renew the newly transferred domain from WHMCS?

 

Because in my WHMCS Admin page, the domain has been set to transfer and not renew.

you accept your earlier transfer order, set the status to active on the domain, put in the correct registration, expiry/invoice dates, and if it then needs to be renewed, after clicking save, click renew.

 

Or just do it @ resellerclub and update the dates on the domain
