kers7754
I recently switched from eNom to NetEarthOne. I set up my NEO API details, but when I go to my domain avail page: https://nerdalerthosting.com/client/domainchecker.php It wants me to enter the text in the image that isn't showing. Is there something I need to do when I switched WHMCS to use NEO instead of ENOM? All I did was remove the login information for ENOM and enter my NEO API information. Or could there be something else wrong?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 17, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 17, 2011 WHMCS uses the same whois servers regardless of the registrar in use. With the captcha image missing, ensure GD2 is compiled on your server.
kers7754
That was exactly right... Weird, I thought it was working at one point but I see that the GD library wasn't installed with my version of Linux. It is working now!
