subran
Hi, I've just installed ssl certificate on my website so I changed the WHMCS SSL System URL from blank to https://www.subran.eu/ventes and since then the site is only partially accessible... Thank you for your help; Elie

easyhosting
What error in the ssl do you see? well using https://www.subran.eu/ventes all you get is "Not Found The requested URL /ventes was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2 Server at http://www.subran.eu Port 443" put with http://www.subran.eu/ventes you get your whmcs portal area i would speak to your host as it looks like the server is not picking up sites using ssl
m8internet
I've just installed ssl certificate on my website Once you had installed it, did you test it? I am able to test your certificate, but as above the website fails
bear
i would speak to your host as it looks like the server is not picking up sites using ssl Looks more to me like the site now redirects to the non-SSL page when you ask for anything else. That's unlikely to be the host's issue, but an htaccess or WHMCS issue. It provides a 302 (found) redirect, so that points to it being a deliberate redirection. Is WHMCS set to use SSL? Set WHMCS to use SSL, look under setup, general tab. "WHMCS SSL System URL"
sparky
The cert is fine https://www.subran.eu/ventes/templates/portal/images/ Go to admin -> general settings and add a / to the end of both the sslurl and the normal siteurl
