John - GarrisonHost
I am trying to configure the years for the GlobalSign Module via configurable options. I have set Option Name:Years This was the format I was told to use, Years|Display Name Here However, in the wiki, for 1 year it is 12|1 Year. I thought it was 1|1 Year. The way I have it set up is 1|1 year (included) 2|2 years + 3|3 years + According to documentation, the first is the value in years. However, the wiki is doing it in months. John - GarrisonHost
Nobody? Who wrote the GlobalSign module? WHMCS or GlobalSign themselves?
springs
Hi John, We had it setup using the 12|1 Year originally. Unfortunately, this mean that when we had a customer buy one for multi-years it still only processed it for 1 year. The correct format that we were asked to change it to was: 1|1 Year 2|2 Year 3|3 Year and so on... Hope this helps John!
John - GarrisonHost
Someone should fix the documentation then. I have already contacted GlobalSign regarding this.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 7, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 7, 2011 The documentation does correctly state to use the number of years instead of the previously used months: http://docs.whmcs.com/GlobalSign_SSL#Year_Selections
