BluePay Issue

Hello,

I've been through the forums a few times and can't find a resolution to my problem. My issue is that I'm now using bluepay to process credit cards, upon doing a test for attempting an invoice payment, everything goes through and the clients card is charged. If I go and then try to refund the same invoice for a refund, I received the error "Card Type Not Supported". I called bluepay and their IT response was that with these transactions, a credit card type was not being sent. Is there a way to fix this? Here is what my log prints out:

Action => Refund

Client => client name

TransId => Trans id #

Status => E

AVS Resp =>

CVV2 Resp =>

Auth Code => 736342

Message => Card Type Not Supported

Can this be fixed as I really don't want to have to go to the bluepay interface every time i have to issue a refund and I thought that their module is one of the ones that is fully integrated with WHMCS.

Also, I'm running WHMCS Version 4.4.2

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Thank you for your reply John,

When was this removed. I noticed an old post from Matt that states that Refund support was added for BluePay when WHMCS V3.6.2 was released. (see post: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=12231)

Are there any plans to add support for bluepay refunds back? It appears that the process is working with bluepay, but there is just a missing card type field. Seems like it would be something that is very easy to fix.

Thank you for your reply.
