This TLD does not support transfer of domain name?

Maybe I have a setting missing here or something I need to do at Reseller Club?

 

When in the admin I try to confirm a transfer for a .uk domain , I enter in the EPP field the "Security Key" which Reseller Club require then get the following error:

 

An Error Occurred

Domain Registration Error - This TLD does not support transfer of domain name

 

I does the same without the EPP code field filled in.

 

Is there anyway to transfer a .co.uk or is there a setting I need to change, I did google and search the forums, perhaps for incorrect terms?

You'll need to complete the transfer via the ResellerClub interface due to their strange Security Key system.

I did in the end, I had their system set up to forward all traffic to the whmcs install, which was a little annoying as I had to disable that first. Set it up a wild ago so had to figure out how it was done again. lol
