Deleting the ticket solved the problem in my instance. But it means you either loose the ticket which could be important or make a backup of it.

This morning I have so far received some 30+ emails from my whmcs all spam. Not to unusual... Except this time it is on a clients ticket and uses the name: john1 john2 john3 always with email address: email@gmail.com I've clicked ban user but still I'm getting the notifications that another post was made. How could they send in spam on a clients ticket with a different email address and name which google? especially just email@gmail.com

I did in the end, I had their system set up to forward all traffic to the whmcs install, which was a little annoying as I had to disable that first. Set it up a wild ago so had to figure out how it was done again. lol Thanks for getting back to me John

Maybe I have a setting missing here or something I need to do at Reseller Club? When in the admin I try to confirm a transfer for a .uk domain , I enter in the EPP field the "Security Key" which Reseller Club require then get the following error: I does the same without the EPP code field filled in. Is there anyway to transfer a .co.uk or is there a setting I need to change, I did google and search the forums, perhaps for incorrect terms? Thanks for your help.

Just to follow up.... That resolved the problem for me, my clients and I can now use ResellerClub so consider the other providers us the same system you should be fine as well.

I just noticed a new release which states in the updates: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=35066 "Updated ResellerClub, NetEarthOne & StarGate Registrar Modules to use new API URL ready for announced change next month on 10th February" Are you running the latest version. I will update tomorrow and test again then.

According to the following thread its not a bug: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=34332&highlight=[r5]+Error+Message:+provide+valid+login+Login+Credentials. But a few people seem to be reporting it and I'm having the exact same issues as well. :-(

Sorry I never realised John replied until now. The client never continued with the transfer, I think it may have lapsed the renewal though from memory.

I'm confused royally! lol I realise ResellerClub do things different for .UK and ask for a security code which is fine. When I just placed an order in a clients account it goes through the front end without asking for the code. I couldn't then find where to add it from the clients account? The next thing, I then tried to add it in the admin, I click on the transfer button and get the next page where it does ask for the security code and so I add it but then get the following: An Error Occured Domain Registration Error - This TLD does not support transfer of domain name But if I got to ResellerClub admin panel and do it that way it works fine, Any ideas? Have I missed something?

But is the EPP/Secret Code required for a .co.uk domain? Because 123-Reg say not, its done through confirmation e-mails to the domain owners address isn't it? Last time I transfered a .co.uk into Reseller Club, I'm sure I didn't have a secret key but at the time I did everything manually as well so obviously didn't come across this error.
-
I'm confused if this is a bug or how it is intended to work but why after registering a name server in the admin for resellerclub domain does it not list the name servers created? if I use the deleted form and enter the name server then click save I get: {ipaddress1=Invalid IpAddress 9. Its not attached to Nameserver} So you would assume it didn't take when I added and so I tried to add it again but now get this error: {newipaddr=This IpAddress already exists for this NS} But each time I have to know what the ns is to enter it manually, is there not suppose to be a list to make it easy to manage? Thanks for any help.

I have a client trying to transfer a .eu domain. We use ResellerClub. When he tried I got an item in our todo list, I also then tried to hit transfer and get the same error: java.util.HashMap cannot be cast to java.lang.String What does this mean?

Testers wanted for WordpressMU server module!
gmax21 replied to rmccny's topic in Commercial Modules and Addons
Yeah I've come across that before and whilst its cool, its not really what I was looking for. Shame. Thanks. -
I've searched around the web, thought this might be a common-ish question but its either not or I'm searching for the wrong terms. Is there any way for WHMCS to handle renewing your/client domains with another registrar. For example lets say Resellerclub have X amount of domains but you want to move all .coms to ENOM for what ever reason. Is there a way that when the you or your client renews it automatically goes over to the ENOM? Is there an easy way to do this?

Not heard anything for a while, is there any progress being made? Its still something I'm interested in, just want to see how it evolves a little. -

I'm also interested to know what will happen when WP 3.0 comes out. I note on your site you say domain/subdomain support I presume this means it will handle the provision of blog sign up with a host subdomain and/or sign up with a customers new/existing domain? Also I see your release is still beta, when will this move to RC and Stable? Or are you still looking for testers? -
Testers wanted for WordpressMU server module!

Hi. I'm just wondering how far this will be taken in terms of features. Its pretty much the ideal option but I wonder could it handle upgrades for existing accounts and update such things as space. I've not yet purchased but I was looking into the support plugins from WPMU Dev not sure if your aware of these but here's the jist, it handles subscriptions to give or restrict access to plugins and themes, it also works with another of their plugins for advertising so you can stick adverts through your free blogs and then the end user can pay a set fee to remove those ads, get more themes and plugins, etc. Maybe you would consider support for these plugins or develop something similar yourself? Ideally I'd like one solution which can handle free blogs with ads, upgrades without, upgrade with more space and/or plugins and themes, billing and the option to add domains with a domain mapper plugin. But a collection of solutions would also be cool if they all played well together. I mainly want to sell domain names through my reseller club account, and then let the rest go through WPMU. I really only host other accounts for people when I take on their project. I'd be interested to learn where you plan on going with your release.
