We want to encourage our customers to log-in to there client area more, to help with sales on product addons etc. Also to cut down customer support on the telephone due to our extensive knowledge base. Is it possible to disable the automatic emailing of invoices? So to retrieve them the client must login to there client area and use the "my invoices" page. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 8, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 8, 2011 You'd need to stop the invoices being generated automatically using an option flag and then generate the invoices manually each day using the "Generate Due Invoices" button on the admin summary page.
