  1. Hey, We have found that sometimes we miss emails from our clients as they are emailing incorrect email addresses or making spelling mistakes for instance suoport@sitename.com etc. Obviously cpanel has an option to forward "unrouted email" to another email address or pipe in to a program. so anything@sitename.com will go to an email of my choice or pipe in to a program. I have told cpanel to forward unrouted mail to unrouted@sitename.com as a forwarder (using the default mail page) and in the forwarders section on cpanel i have forwarded all mail that goes to unrouted@sitename.com to pipe in to WHMCS, and created a hidden department on whmcs called "unrouted" using the email unrouted@sitename.com! However when people email anythingatall@sitename.com the emails do not pipe in to our WHMCS. Using the default email setting in cpanel I can pipe straight to WHMCS from that, but what email would i put in the support department? as it would vary! Any help on this would be fantastic as it is giving me a headache! Thank you Mark
  2. Hi guys, Quick question . . . Our WHMCS install is running great. We want to encourage our customers to log-in to there client area more, to help with sales on product addons etc. Also to cut down customer support on the telephone due to our extensive knowledge base. Is it possible to disable the automatic emailing of invoices? So to retrieve them the client must login to there client area and use the "my invoices" page. Also if possible for customers who request it us to be still be able to email them manually as well. Thanks
