bear
The fact that it's displaying the page in plain text appears to indicate it isn't. I'm not familiar with Windows server environment, but if you made a simple "hello world" page and it too displays the contents, it's not. <?php echo "Hello world!"; ?>

vpsforu
Hi this is the email i have got back from whmcs WHMCS Hi, It appears that PHP is not being interpreted/run on your server at all so this is not something we can resolve from the WHMCS side of things. You need to have someone help you setup PHP & Ioncube on the server before you will be able to run WHMCS - we don't offer any services for server admin. Regards, Matt ------- so now i ask is there anyone that can help me with this please let me know thanks
bear
so now i ask is there anyone that can help me with this please let me know thanks Unfortunately, no one is likely to help you for free, and you may not advertise to hire anyone on this forum, so you're a bit stuck here. I'd suggest you find a server admin (http://www.webhostingtalk.com is one place to look) that would be able to help you. If you're responsible for your own server and have full and complete access, you might wish to have someone on hand for the numerous things that come up when dealing with servers. Things will break from time to time, so if you don't know how to fix them, you need to have someone that can.

striddy
i am my own hosting company starting up If you are building a server from scratch without appropriate knowledge, and attempting to be a hosting company, can I suggest you take a far easier route. Purchase a reseller account from a real data center / hosting provider. The server will come provisioned with php (and other things). Let their qualified people manage the server (fix any problems). This way you can learn as you go, on a working system.
